The terms & conditions will come into force on the acceptance of your contract/agreement these will comply to all services received wether in writing or otherwise. no statement made or agreed and no liability undertaken orally shall be binding upon us unless confirmed in writing.
Quotations are valid for 28 days of date of quotation, but maybe subjected to alterations. We will guarantee that the works carried out by the company will be to the standard expected and required by BS 7671, furthermore we guarantee that for a period of six months or longer if confirmed in writing, we will rectify any faults resulting from poor workmanship or installation by this company. we will not be responsible for faults due to neglect, misuse or faulty appliances. We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee should unauthorized third parties install, alter or tamper with any part of the guaranteed system. commencement of work shall be reasonable extended or by caused beyound our reasonable control. If chasing is required a bonding coat will be applied just below the finished plaster level, we will not provide a finished plaster coat. Where carpet or laminating flooring is expected to be lifted, whilst every care will be taken, we will not be held responsible for any damage.
Restricted Parking
Resident/s or Person in charge of works to be carried out on the property shall provide the engineer/s with the relevant permit or visitors pass. |
